Yesterday, we had the honour of celebrating another remarkable 5-year service milestone achieved by one of our dedicated Support Workers, Steve.
Steve embarked on his journey as a Support Worker with HCG in 2018, bringing with him a background in finance and transportation. 🚗
Despite the significant career change, Steve seamlessly transitioned into his role and quickly forged strong connections with the participants he supported. ✅
Throughout his 5-year tenure with HCG, Steve has consistently delivered high-quality and compassionate support to many of the same participants. 👍
When speaking with some of the participants he has assisted, they have praised Steve for his unwavering consistency and easy-going nature, which has allowed them to shine and build capacity on their own terms. ❤
