Recently, we heard about the experiences of Jack, and his proud mum Leonnie.
After an initial disappointing experience with the NDIS, Jack began receiving support with Hunter Care Group in 2021 πββοΈ

Over the past 12 months with Hunter Care Group, Jack has identified and achieved a number of significant goals;

Joining the Royal Fire Service

Completed work experience with Bunnings

Refereeing local Rugby League
β
Joining the local gym

Jack and his mum have been astounded at the incredible progress he has made achieving his goals π

Next up for Jack is supporting him with obtaining his Drivers License / Learnerβs permit, and at only 16 years old, his mum and the Hunter Care Group team couldn’t be prouder π
