During the COVID-19 lockdown, this young lady and her HCG Support Workers have continued to exercise regularly and increase fitness levels to be ready to the Sydney Swans trials ????
She has not only challenged herself with physical fitness and succeeded, but this young lady also has a Mental Health diagnosis and Disability, she is regularly overcoming the hurdles and challenges that life has thrown at her and she through hard work, consistency & determination, she is proving herself to be an outstanding sportswoman ????
