In alignment with her NDIS plan, Elsje diligently set and achieved numerous goals, steadily building her capacity, and making choices that aligned with her unique needs and desired lifestyle. 🙋♀️
Most recently, Elsje reached a remarkable milestone by making the challenging move interstate to Brisbane. ✈️🏖
While this endeavour presented its share of complexities, her team provided consistent support to help Elsje achieve this goal. She is now closer to family, friends and where she feels at home! ❤
