We are excited to share an update on Olivia’s journey since she began her NDIS supports with Hunter Care Group in 2020. Her goals of accessing the community, exercising with her support workers, and developing independent living skills have seen tremendous progress. ✅
Olivia has gradually increased her exercise each week. Her favourite way to build fitness is taking regular walks along the beaches of Newcastle. Olivia has been tracking her steps and is kicking major goals in this area! ????♀️
Olivia has also focused on learning about healthy eating. She is doing really well with building shopping lists and purchasing healthy food in line with her budgets. ????????
Olivia has a very cheeky and caring personality. She loves to have a laugh and is doing incredibly well with achieving the goals she has set. Supporting her over the past three years has been an absolute pleasure. ❤
