Malina has been part of the HCG team for four years, progressing from Support Worker to Key Worker and now thriving as a Specialist Support Coordinator. A qualified Social Worker, Malina has been instrumental in shaping the way our Specialist Coordination team operates today. 
Working in a space that is complex and ever-changing, Malina continues to show up and change lives each and every day. Her commitment, leadership and ability to support some of the most complex participants is genuinely valued by everyone at HCG.
