Matt started with HCG in the HR admin space and has worked his way up through the ranks to now lead our HR team. Along the way, he has worn many hats — from HR support, policy development, and employment relations, right through to BBQ cook, charity fundraiser organiser, and casual golfer.
Whatever the role, Matt brings his best and makes a difference. 💙👏
To celebrate his milestone, our team presented Matt with a brand-new set of golf clubs. While they might not improve his score, there’s no doubt he looks a whole lot better out on the course! ⛳️😂
