A major focus of our Supported Independent Living program is achieving genuine outcomes and building capacity in a safe, supportive environment. Our approach is not about staff doing things for people, it is about working alongside them and building skills together. 💙
We are incredibly proud of these two gentlemen, who have developed so much independence during their time with us. Both are kind, determined, and always willing to give things a go.
It was fantastic to see them working together to prepare a meal for the house, showing teamwork, confidence, and practical life skills in action. 👏🍽️
