Charlotte joined Hunter Care Group in February 2025, bringing with her a degree in Social Work and a strong foundation of knowledge and professionalism. From the very beginning, her engagement, positive attitude, and passion for supporting people stood out. She commenced in a Key Support Worker role, where she quickly built strong relationships and delivered high-quality, person-centred support. 👏
Charlotte’s dedication and capability led to her promotion to Caseworker in September 2025. Since stepping into this role, she has become an incredible asset to both the Casework team and the wider organisation. She has developed strong rapport with Participants and Support Workers and consistently steps in to assist wherever needed. 💙
Charlotte has also received excellent feedback on her work, including delivering a comprehensive and high-quality summary report for a participant’s NDIS plan review, which resulted in funding more closely aligned to the participant’s needs. Her growth in confidence over the past year has had a clear and positive impact on her performance. 🌟
To make this recognition even more special, Charlotte celebrated her one-year anniversary with HCG on the same day she received Employee of the Month. A fantastic milestone and a well-deserved achievement. 🎉
