Kirsty has been with Hunter Care Group for one year and has already made a remarkable impact. Starting as a Key Support Worker, she quickly showed her dedication to helping participants achieve their goals, and in March 2025 was promoted to Caseworker.
Since stepping into this role, Kirsty has continued to shine. One standout achievement has been supporting a participant to successfully transition from Morisset Hospital into their very own apartment after several previous attempts. With Kirsty’s incredible support and advocacy, this participant is now thriving in independent living 💙
Over the past six months, Kirsty has consistently demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to her participants and stakeholders. She also reached a huge personal milestone, completing her Master’s in Psychology while excelling in her role. 🎓✨
