Since moving into his SIL home, Carlo has been on a journey of setting and achieving new goals. Recently, he took a bold step outside his comfort zone and embarked on a trip to Sydney with a Support Worker to watch his beloved Sydney Swans in a pre-season game. ❤🤍🏉
Adding to the excitement, Carlo had the incredible opportunity to meet some of his favorite players in person! ✅
