We’re so proud to share another fantastic update about Carlo, one of our Supported Independent Living participants here at Hunter Care Group.
Over the past year, Carlo has been working hard to build his confidence, set meaningful goals, and get out into the community doing what he loves. 🏉
Last week, Carlo achieved one of those goals in a big way when he travelled to Sydney to watch his beloved Sydney Swans take on the GWS Giants in the iconic Battle of the Bridge! 🙌❤️🤍
Carlo has spoken openly about the challenges of being in unfamiliar places, so this was a huge milestone and a powerful example of stepping outside his comfort zone with the support of his team.
And to top it all off, the Swans won! A well-deserved victory on a day that meant so much.
