We are pleased to share the inspiring story of Warren, who joined Hunter Care Group in September 2024 after a lengthy hospital stay. The goal was simple yet meaningful, help Warren transition into supported accommodation close to his incredibly supportive sister in the Hunter region. 🏡💙
Since his move, Warren has settled in well, surrounded by a fantastic support network, including his Coordinator, SIL Team Leader, and dedicated SIL Support Workers. Together, they have created a space where Warren can thrive and live life to the fullest. 🙌✨
And live life he has! Warren has been embracing every moment, whether it’s bushwalking, exploring what the Hunter Region has to offer, or simply enjoying the everyday adventures with his team and fellow housemates. His love for exploring and kind-hearted nature make him a joy to support. 🌿🚶♂️
