Jayda has continued to develop within the HCG team and has recently stepped up into a PPT role. She has quickly shown herself to be organised, reliable and always willing to help when needed.
What stands out most is Jayda’s calm and kind approach with the residents she supports. She takes the time to understand each person, keeps her supports person-centred and brings a steady presence to her work. 💙
Behind the scenes, Jayda is also a great communicator. Her case notes are detailed, her communication with the wider team is strong, and she is always willing to be flexible with her roster to help participants and the team.
