Recently, Cheryl, one of our amazing participants, attended a special birthday celebration with her dedicated support worker, Terriann. This wasn’t just any party, it was a gathering for a dear friend Cheryl met during her rehabilitation at Rankin Park Hospital. Her friend, who is bravely battling MND, has been a source of strength and positivity, much like Cheryl herself. 💙
Their bond is truly inspiring, standing by each other through the ups and downs.
To top it all off, Cheryl had the chance to meet Australian actor Craig McLachlan! 🎬 Craig entertained everyone and even signed a T-shirt for Cheryl, which she’s excited to frame as a treasured memory.
The last few months have been challenging for Cheryl, but with the support of her HCG team, including Case Worker Anthony and COS Anne-Marie, she has stayed connected to the things that bring her happiness.
