YOUR #1 NDIS PROVIDER | NEWCASTLE

Coordination of supports

Make the best use of your funding with the help of one of our Coordinator of Supports (COS)

As a provider since the rollout of the NDIS, we have deep connections with local support services, government departments and local businesses, ensuring your NDIS journey is efficiently moving in the direction of your goals.

Feel more connected and build capabilities

We understand that working with your dedicated NDIS funding can be daunting – and so does NDIS. That’s why many people choose to get the help of a coordinator of supports or COS who can guide them to make the right decisions and spend their funding wisely.

Our coordinator or supports team is one of the largest in the Hunter region. From this pool of specialists, our managers match you or a participant or loved one with a COS with the right skills and experience to best support and advise you in the early stages.

How can our coordinators of support help?

  • Assist in understanding what supports are funded in your NDIS plan and how we can implement them together
  • Work with you to develop a comprehensive goal plan using a SMART goal template to ensure you’re at the centre of all agreed goals
  • Collaborate with all services involved in your care. This may include Your GP, Health, TAFE, the Department of Housing and other NDIS services
  • Support you through your NDIS plan review process
  • Set up your NDIS portal access on the myGov website
  • Involve you in all aspects of your support, choices on plan allocation and plan review
